• Mechanics:
  • Participants must spend PHP1,000 worth of items in single receipt at any MR. TOY outlet within the Promo Period (August 15 – October 15, 2024)
  • Scan the QR code or log in https://tinyurl.com/familyseaadventure
  • Complete the online form by filling in all the details: name, email address, mobile number, home address, and details of the receipt, purchase amount and the store where the purchase was made. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon submission.
  • Retain original single receipt dated within Promo Period that matches the online entry as proof of purchase.
  • Raffle Draw: October 24, 2024 – 4:00 PM

• Qualified & Disqualified to Join:
  • This promo is open to all residents of the Philippines above 18 years of age (as of August 15, 2024) except for the employees of BRICOLAGE PHILIPPINES, INC., to related companies including employees of promoting agency, advertising agency, and participating stores including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
  • Deadline of Submission of Entries: October 15, 2024 – 11:59PM
  • Raffle draw to be held on October 24, 2024– 4:00 PM under the supervision of a DTI Representative.

• Prizes at stake:
  • Ten (10) winners of four (4) tickets each to Manila Ocean Park with P5,000 pocket money for the 10 winners

• Selection of winners:
  • Random selection of winners will be done using the wheel of names digital application to be conducted on October 24, 2024 at 4pm, with the presence of a DTI representative. 
  • The eligible prize winner will be contacted via email, text message, phone call AND THRU MAIL. Winners to be announced through MR.TOY official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/mrtoyPH 
  • MR.TOY reserves the right to conduct background checks for a maximum period of three (3) weeks to ensure that the winners have followed the mechanics. The winners must submit two (2) valid IDs for the purpose of the background check.
  • Once MR.TOY has completed the necessary background checks to verify the legitimacy of the winners, an official list of the winners will be published on the official MR.TOY Philippines Facebook page. 
  • The members of MR.TOY Philippines Marketing Department are the only people who have the right to announce the winners of the grand raffle promo.
  • All decisions made by Mr. TOY Philippines are final, and no correspondence will be entertained without the concurrence of the DTI.
  • MR.TOY Philippines reserves the right to disqualify anyone who fails to follow instructions.

• Claiming of Prizes:
  • Winners must submit the following requirements to claim their prize during the awarding:
    • Two (2) Valid IDs with picture and address
    • Receipt matching the submitted winning raffle entry receipt
    • Official text or email notification, printed out notification 

• • The participant is required to produce proof of identity during or prior to prize redemption for purposes of verification. The only forms of proof of identity accepted by the organizer are government ID’s (Passport, Driver’s license, SSS UMID Card, Philhealth ID, Postal ID, TIN ID, Voter’s ID, PRC ID, Senior Citizen ID).

  • Redemption Period: Sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice. Prizes not claimed after the 60 days period will be forfeited and may be used as deemed necessary by Mr. TOY Philippines upon approval of DTI.
  • If the winner is unable to claim the prize him/herself, a representative must present the necessary documents:
    • A letter of authorization duly signed by the winner, nominating the parent/ legal guardian, or representative as the acknowledged recipient of the prize on the winners’ behalf
    • Two (2) original Valid IDs of the winner with picture and address
    • Two (2) original Valid IDs of the representative/ legal guardian.
    • Original receipt and raffle coupon

• Prizes are transferable but NOT convertible to cash. Kindly provide an Authorization Letter if you wish to transfer the prize.

• Bricolage Philippines to shoulder 20% Tax Prize for prizes exceeding 10,000.

• Transportation cost for claiming the prizes are NOT included in the prize package and will NOT be shouldered by the company.

• Schedule of claiming: Monday – Friday: 10AM – 5PM (Holidays and weekends not included)

• By participating in this raffle, participants consent to give their personal information and the organizer reserves the right to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the organizer.

• The organizer collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the organizer and is used to fulfill the participant’s request(s). By submitting the participant’s personal information, the organizer deems that permission is given to the organizer and/or its authorized agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. If the participant informs the organizer via the Customer Care Hotline at (02) 8463 0855 that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the organizer will respect the participant’s request. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use.
