Responsibility
- Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them to locate items, providing advice and recommendations
- Keep shelves fully stocked, tidy and complete with accurately labelled
- Returning unwanted item to correct shelf positions and arranging products on shelves
- Stock and replace product to avoid any damages
- Discard expired items and place near expiry items on special promotions
- Escort customer to the appropriate aisle or shelf in order to assist with purchasing decisions
- Assisting customers and cashier to verify prices
- Maintaining a clean workspace
- Assist Cashier in bagging customers’ purchases swiftly and efficiently
- Assist each other for running store operation smoothly
- Completion of Job Task given by Superior while following workplace established guidelines and SOP
